馬德里商標國際注冊

       馬德里商標國際注冊，即根據《商標國際注冊馬德里協定》（Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks）（以下簡稱“馬德里協定”）或《商標國際注冊馬德里協定有關議定書》（Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks）（以下簡稱“馬德里議定書”）的規定，在馬德里聯盟成員國間所進行的商標注冊。

        “馬德里聯盟”是指由“馬德里協定”和“馬德里議定書”所適用的國家或政府間組織所組成的商標國際注冊特別聯盟。

        截至 2019 年9月，馬德里聯盟共有106個締約方，覆蓋121個國家。中國、美國、德國、法國、英國、意大利、日本、韓國、俄羅斯、澳大利亞、瑞士等世界主要經濟體都是馬德里聯盟成員。
